Random neural activity

First time I heard about Groundhog Day has been of it as a movie. Groundhog Day’s movie is so deeply enjoyable that at the time I just wanted to see it again and again… and if you’ve seen the movie you may understand this loop thing

For many years, that was all it was for me: a great and funny movie.

And then, one year ago, something unexpected happened: while browsing an airplane magazine I stumbled upon an article about Groundhog Day. Not the movie. The real thing. It exists! I couldn’t believe it!

I was just assuming it was fictional as the story in the movie (even if I know from my work that assuming is the mother of many if not all problems). Reading that magazine I finally saw the light, and couldn’t stop laughing…

It’s real and it’s today so… Happy Groundhog Day!
