Political Misery
In two weeks from today we will have a general election in Italy, and I wonder if the scenario ever looked so grim in the Republic.
Prime Minister will be either Mr Berlusconi or Mr Veltroni, and although I find the first one definitely a bad choice I cannot say I like the second one and his brand new party. Even worst, the electoral law allows parties to choose who gets elected… yes, you got it right, we do not even choose who is going to “represent” us.
If there is any alien race out there, willing to rule us wisely… well anytime now will do…
